3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service
• Payment is required at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the initial scope

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Rescheduling is free if done more than 24 hours in advance

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring cleaning
• Securing or removing valuable and fragile items
• Informing us of any special requirements or hazards
• Ensuring pets are secured during service
• Providing accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we'll make it right at no additional charge.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Urbane Cleaning maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, subject to verification and reasonable documentation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urbane Cleaning and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
